Can the driver call me before they arrive?

Unfortunately, the driver is unable to contact the customer.

Collect My Parcel does not have access to the drivers' personal phone numbers, nor are we able to track their progress along their collection/delivery routes.

The collection window for all Collect My Parcel services is 09:00-17:30. If it is outside this window and your collection has not yet occurred, please submit a support ticket.
