Collect My Parcel will always give you the most recent, accurate tracking information that is available to us. Our bespoke tracking software is updated as soon as we receive a tracking update from the courier.
The rate at which a courier updates their own tracking information is unfortunately not something we are able to influence. Parcel networks usually scan their shipments (which provides electronic tracking data) every 1-2 days, but this is subject to circumstantial variation. Pallet networks do not scan as regularly in transit, due to the nature of their delivery process, but this does not mean they compromise the quality of their service.
